These are estimates for a typical e-Card era pack, from community-tracked openings. Treat them as approximate: The Pokémon Company does not publish pull rates.

Is opening Expedition Base Set packs worth it?
At today’s prices the cards in an average Expedition Base Set pack are worth about $240.91 (€215.70), and a sealed pack costs about $4,800.00 (TCGplayer market). Sealed packs of a set this old sell as collectibles, so what the cards inside are worth says little about opening one. Every card counts at its market price here, including bulk that is hard to sell, so what you would really get is lower.
