A free hobby service. Short terms, and a draft until launch.

The service

Peaceful_William provides this app free of charge and with no guarantee of availability, and may change or withdraw it. Keep your own exports: Cloud backups produces one at any time. Your collection data is yours.

Accounts

Sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for what your account does. Do not share it. You must be old enough for the account you sign in with, and at least 13. If you are under the age your country sets for consenting to online services on your own, ask a parent or guardian first.

What you may not do

• Publish a template whose name, description or display name is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, or impersonates someone.
• Use card reports, templates or display names to advertise, or to send anyone a message.
• Work around the limits: automating saves, creating accounts to multiply quotas, or attempting to reach another account's data.
• Attack the service or the people using it, including scraping beyond ordinary use.

Templates you publish

Publishing is optional and nothing is shown to anyone until it is reviewed. A published template is a snapshot of that collection's rules and the cards you chose to prune — never what you own. Other people may copy it into their own collections, and copies already taken cannot be recalled. You keep your rights in what you submit and give permission to show it in the app for as long as it is published. A template may be rejected or removed at any time, without a reason being given.

Suspension and ending

An account may be suspended or removed for breaching these terms. A suspended account can still read and export its collection. You may delete your account at any time from Account.

Card names and images

Pokémon and Pokémon card images are the property of their respective owners. This app is unofficial, is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, hosts no card images itself, and makes no money. Card images are loaded from third-party hosts.

Liability and law

The service is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement. These terms are governed by the law of Sweden.
