A free hobby service. Short terms, and a draft until launch.

The service

Peaceful_William provides this app free of charge and with no guarantee of availability, and may change or withdraw it. Keep your own exports: Cloud backups produces one at any time. Your collection data is yours.

Accounts

Sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for what your account does. Do not share it. You must be old enough for the account you sign in with, and at least 13. If you are under the age your country sets for consenting to online services on your own, ask a parent or guardian first.

What you may not do

• Publish a template whose name, description or display name is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, or impersonates someone.
• Use card reports, templates or display names to advertise, or to send anyone a message.
• Upload a cover image you do not have the right to use, or one that is unlawful. Cover images are private to your account, but they are still stored by this service.
• Work around the limits: automating saves, creating accounts to multiply quotas, or attempting to reach another account's data.
• Attack the service or the people using it, including scraping beyond ordinary use.
• Break the trading rules: scam, misdescribe or counterfeit cards, harass other traders, or fake trades and ratings.

Trading

Trade posts, photos and messages are optional. Every trade is made directly between two people; Senseiset is not a party to it, never handles cards or money, and is not responsible for what is traded, sent or paid, to the extent the law allows. You must accept the trading rules before you trade. Photos are checked automatically when uploaded and can be reported; posts and photos may be removed, and accounts that break the rules may be suspended.

Templates you publish

Publishing is optional and nothing is shown to anyone until it is reviewed. A published template is a snapshot of that collection's rules and the cards you chose to prune — never what you own. Other people may copy it into their own collections, and copies already taken cannot be recalled. You keep your rights in what you submit and give permission to show it in the app for as long as it is published. A template may be rejected or removed at any time, without a reason being given.

Suspension and ending

An account may be suspended or removed for breaching these terms. A suspended account can still read and export its collection. You may delete your account at any time from Account.

Links to shops

Some pages link to eBay and Cardmarket. eBay links are affiliate links: Senseiset earns a small commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you, and this never changes which cards or prices are shown. A purchase is between you and the seller, under the shop’s own terms; Senseiset is not a party to it. Prices on Senseiset are reference figures, not offers.

Card names and images

Pokémon, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, and all card names and card artwork are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company, and of the illustrators credited on each card. Senseiset does not own them and claims no rights in them. It is an unofficial fan project, is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them, and makes no money. Card images are shown only so you can identify the cards in your collection; Senseiset hosts none of them — they load from third-party card data providers. If you hold rights in something shown here and want it removed, write to the contact address.

Liability and law

The service is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement. These terms are governed by the law of Sweden.
